Where the pipeline you are not working sits
Every CRM holds accounts nobody is working: deals that were lost, accounts that never bought, and customers with nothing open. Each one is a relationship on record, and each one does something before it is ready to buy.
Outside the CRM are the companies that look like the ones you win and have not met you yet. Sourcing reads all of them, ranks what it finds by what is at stake, and shows why each account is there.
Revive, for closed-lost deals
Kaypo reads why each deal died from the emails, calls and notes around the loss. The loss reason dropdown in the CRM is never used. Then it watches what changed since: the person who said no left, someone new joined, someone read your pricing, someone wrote in, or a competitor contract is likely up for renewal.
Beside each change sits the proof from your own comebacks, with both sides counted. On an example workspace, accounts came back in 7 of 13 cases where the person who said no left, and 4 of 315 where they stayed.
How Kaypo answers this for your pipeline
Every open deal, scored on what the buyer did, with the move that worked in your own wins.
Kaypo reads your CRM, email and calls, checks every signal against the deals you have already won and lost, and puts the answer on each deal: the score, why it moved, and the next step with the email written.
Warming, for accounts with no open deal
Accounts already in your CRM with no open deal, both ones that never bought and customers with nothing open. Kaypo reads two years of your own months: what an account did in the 30 days before, and whether a deal opened in the 60 days after.
Each account shows who did what, twelve weeks of activity and the email ready to send. On an example workspace, accounts opened a deal within two months in 19 of 55 cases where someone wrote in or filled in a form, and 1,687 of 19,499 where nobody did.
Discover, for companies like your wins
The win profile comes from your own closed new-business deals, by industry and headcount. On an example workspace: you won 18 of 28 new-business deals with Healthcare companies of 201-1,000 people.
Companies come from three places: a network of companies matched to that profile, the companies visiting your website, and companies a past buyer of yours just joined.
Never on intent alone
Research on your category from outside your website is a weak signal by itself. In Sourcing it counts only next to something the account's own people actually did, such as a visit, a reply, a form or a new person on the account.
Reopen on a lost deal hands a CRM task with the email inside to the Kaypo agents. Nothing changes in your CRM until someone approves it. New pipeline also shows on the Overview and in the 7 AM Slack message.
Questions people ask
Can Kaypo find new pipeline, or only score open deals?
Kaypo finds new pipeline as well as scoring open deals. Its Sourcing area brings back closed-lost deals showing life, finds accounts in your CRM with no open deal that are warming, and finds companies outside your CRM that look like your wins, each with proof from your own history.
Is Sourcing included in the Kaypo price?
Sourcing is included in the one Kaypo plan, $1,500 a month or $15,000 a year for one admin and up to 15 users. There is no add-on and nothing metered.
Does Kaypo put an account on a list because of intent data?
Kaypo never surfaces an account on intent alone. Intent counts only next to something the account's own people did, such as a site visit, a reply, a form or a new person joining.
