Question
Kaypo Hindsight is a free back test. Choose your industry, connect a CRM or upload an export of closed deals, and it reads everything that happened on every closed deal before it ended, then reports the average score on wins and on losses and which signals separated them. It reads and writes nothing back.
It reads every deal you have closed and the activity attached to each. It scores each one using only what had happened before that deal ended.
You get the average score on the deals you won, the average on the ones you lost, the gap between them, and the signals ranked by how much they mattered. Signals that carried no information are named as well.
You choose your industry first. Kaypo starts from the weights that fit your category and then shows where your own history disagrees with them. That is usually the most useful part.
It uses read only access. It cannot edit a deal, a stage, an amount or a note, and nothing is sent to anyone on your team.
The back test is something you learn once. The paid product runs the same model on the pipeline that is still open and sends your team a message every morning naming the deals that moved and why. Kaypo is built by Sapwood, a revenue operations and go to market engineering practice.
