What predicts a close in logistics and supply chain.

Operationally urgent, seasonally frozen. Integration questions mean intent.

The argument

Shippers and carriers buy on operational pain and then stop buying entirely during peak. Conversation and meeting signals lead, as in industrial, but technical evaluation is heavier because integration is the first real objection and documentation visits genuinely indicate progress. Pipeline history is weighted up to capture the seasonal freeze: a deal that stalls in October has usually not lost, it has hit peak season, and a scoring model that cannot tell those apart will write off a quarter of a healthy pipeline every year.

The weights

Published, because a score you cannot audit is a score nobody trusts.

72% of the score comes from what the company does, 28% from what named people do. Within each side, these are the shares.
