What predicts a close in healthcare and life sciences.

A clinical champion plus a compliance path. Both, or neither counts.

The argument

Health systems have the largest buying committees in B2B and the longest silences. Conversation intelligence is weighted high because a named clinical champion is the single best predictor here, and champions reveal themselves on calls rather than on websites. Buying process is close behind: a business associate agreement, a security assessment, or a clinical review is real progress. Long gaps are structural, not fatal, so the going quiet signature is reduced. The committee signature is amplified because a second and third stakeholder appearing is the actual mechanism by which these deals advance, and a deal that never adds a second name almost never closes.

The weights

Published, because a score you cannot audit is a score nobody trusts.

76% of the score comes from what the company does, 24% from what named people do. Within each side, these are the shares.
