Integrations
Kaypo reads your Attio pipeline and the behavior around it, and scores every open deal on what has actually happened rather than what somebody typed into a stage field.
Attio support is in development. What follows is what the integration will read and store when it ships. It is published now because it describes the design rather than a plan, and because a reviewer should be able to check it before we ask for access. See what is available today.
What Kaypo reads
Companies, people, deals, and the history behind them. Kaypo also reads whichever custom attributes you choose to track, so the fields your team actually uses are available as scoring inputs and as filters rather than only the standard ones.
Reading a pipeline means reading it as it is. Kaypo interprets your stage names rather than asking you to map them. A stage it does not recognize is never refused a score. It is read as working, marked as interpreted, and the interface tells you it is interpreting. You can correct any of it.
What Kaypo writes
Nothing, unless you turn write-back on. Left off, the connection is read-only and Kaypo never modifies a record in your workspace.
With write-back on, Kaypo writes the score into one attribute that you name. It never creates records, never deletes them, and never touches a field you have not pointed it at. Only deals whose score has changed are written, so your record history does not fill with the same number every day.
What Kaypo stores
The records needed to score and display a deal, and the signals derived from them. A signal is a fact with a timestamp and a weight: a meeting was booked, a reply arrived inside an hour, a second stakeholder joined. Kaypo keeps that, and what it was worth to the score, so any number can be explained months later.
Your data is isolated at the database level rather than by application logic. Stored credentials are encrypted. Nothing you connect is shared with another customer, sold, or used to train a model.
Connecting
Open Connections in Kaypo and authorize Attio. You will be asked to approve the permissions Kaypo needs. The first sync begins immediately and you will see scores on your own deals within a few minutes rather than on a sample workspace.
From there, pick the industry weight pack closest to your business and run Hindsight against your own closed deals. It shows whether the model separates your wins from your losses. That loop takes about ten minutes and is the most useful thing to do on day one.
Disconnecting
Disconnect from the same Connections page, or revoke Kaypo from your Attio workspace settings. Either stops the sync immediately and removes the stored credential. Scores already calculated remain visible and stop updating.
Deleting your Kaypo workspace removes the records synced from Attio along with everything else. Nothing in Attio is changed by deleting a Kaypo workspace.
