Kaypo is not a HubSpot replacement. It reads HubSpot and answers a question HubSpot does not: which of your open deals are real, what moved on them overnight, and what to do about it. HubSpot includes a predictive deal score that cannot be inspected or edited.
CRM
The system of record. Deals, contacts, companies, activity, and the reporting built on them.
Sales Hub Professional at $90 per seat per month includes predictive deal scoring, so most HubSpot teams already have a score. Kaypo is $99 a month for the whole team, which is roughly the cost of one more Professional seat.
That model is not exposed for inspection and its weights cannot be edited. HubSpot documentation describes it as informational and advises against it being the sole factor in a business decision.
It also documents that the model needs a critical mass of closed deals before predictions stabilize, which is hardest on the teams with the shortest history.
The score lives on the record, which means somebody has to open it.
deal scoring, delivered to Slack
Every score lists its inputs and what each contributed, so a rep who disagrees has something to point at.
The weights are yours. If your business wins on security review and loses in procurement, you can say so.
A back test runs your weights against your own closed deals and shows whether they separate wins from losses before you trust them.
It arrives in Slack every morning rather than sitting in a property nobody opens.
Keep HubSpot. It is the system of record and Kaypo does not try to be one. If you are on Sales Hub Professional you already have a score; the question is why nobody uses it, and the answer is usually that it cannot be seen, cannot be changed, and never leaves the record.
Questions
Kaypo does not replace HubSpot. HubSpot stays the system of record. Kaypo reads it, scores every open deal nightly, and sends each rep a morning Slack message naming what moved and why.
It is included and costs nothing extra, which is a real advantage. The limits are that it cannot be inspected or edited, HubSpot documents it as informational, and it needs a critical mass of closed deals before predictions stabilize.
Not for the predictive score. You can build a separate manual score with a calculated property, which you then have to maintain yourself.
It arrives in Slack
Every morning, each rep gets one message naming the deals on their own book that moved overnight, biggest mover first, with the reason beside each number and the deals that have gone quiet underneath.
$99 a month, cancel any time.. Everyone on the team. No per seat charge. Connect a CRM and it runs. No implementation fee. 14 day trial. No card.
