Gong is where Kaypo hears what a buyer actually said. It is optional: Kaypo scores a pipeline without it, and reads calls more precisely with it.
What Kaypo reads
Calls and their transcripts, with the party list so buyer speech can be separated from the rep. Only what somebody outside your company said is read for signals, because a rep's own script is not evidence about the deal. Each call is matched to the deal it belongs to.
What Kaypo writes
Nothing. Kaypo has no write permission in Gong and asks for none.
What Kaypo stores
The concepts a transcript produced, dated, with a short quotation as evidence. Full transcripts are not kept. Tokens are encrypted at rest, and Gong rotates its refresh token on every refresh, which Kaypo follows.
Connecting and disconnecting
Connect from Connections inside Kaypo. Gong authentication is workspace wide rather than per user, so a Technical Admin approves it once. Disconnecting revokes the token immediately.
